Get into the Christmas spirit with a magical evening at Bollington Arts Centre with Andrew Harvey and eight-piece orchestra. The programme opens with the exciting, lively and joyful Arrival of the Queen of Sheba, a prelude of Handel’s oratorio Solomon. You’ll then be transported straight into the festive season with the Baroque sounds of Corelli’s majestic Christmas Concerto. Bach’s Double Violin Concerto, a popular musical masterpiece, will be echoing in your ears as you step away to enjoy a 20-minute interval with a complimentary glass of wine and mince pie.

The concert culminates in The Four Seasons, where soloist Andrew Harvey and the orchestra will take you on a journey through the seasons in one of Vivaldi’s best known and best loved pieces of music. Relax, unwind and enjoy the intimate, candlelit atmosphere.
